BOILER TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Thermos container made of special steel with enamelling.
  • Heat exchanger made of special steel.
  • Thermal container insulation (polyurethane 70mm, 40kg/m3).
  • External cover made of stainless steel (INOX) 316L HiMo, particularly resistant to ultraviolet rays, humid climates and coastal areas.
  • Absorber tube with expansion cap.
  • Electric resistance 4Kw (optional), anti-corrosive, with safety thermostat.
  • Magnesium anode for corrosion protection.
  • Hot water output.
  • Closed circuit output.
  • Cold water inlet (water supply network) with 10 atmosphere safety valve.
  • Enameled coil for connection to central heating (only for triple energy boilers).
  • Closed circuit safety valve.

COLLECTOR TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Aluminum collector frame (powder coated).
  • Aluzinc collector back 0.4mm thick.
  • Selective absorbing surface high selective PVD coating with absorption coefficient α = 0.95 ± 0.02 and emission coefficient ε = 0.05 ± 0.02.
  • Welding with laser technology to optimize performance. Copper hydroskeleton Ø 22mm (headers) and Ø 8mm (risers) for optimal flow of the thermal carrier.
  • 30mm thick stone wool insulation and 20mm thick side reinforcements.
  • Security safety glass, 4mm thick, for complete tightness, EPDM rubber is placed between the glass and the frame.

The selective collector has better performance, especially in winter, saving more energy in the stream due to the fact that it is a single surface and not like the non-selective one with seams.

The installation time is from 24 to 48 hours in Attica, Greece.
