Return products

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement:

• in all cases in which, with proven fault of the company, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (wrong order receipt, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.).
• in all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by the company. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees such as from the product manufacturer or its agent.

In all these cases, the customer has the option either not to accept the receipt of the product in the first place or, after having received it, to return the product within 14 days from the day of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition. If they are not returned within 14 days, then the company may not accept any return or replacement. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product. Before any return, it is recommended to consult with the store.

In the event that an item you received is problematic, you can bring/send the product without incurring the cost of transportation. If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we immediately replace it free of charge. In the event that we sent you the wrong item, we send you the correct item and cover all shipping costs, both old and new.

Order cancellation

Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases:

• If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact the company and we will take care of canceling your order.
• After receiving the product, call us or contact us via the contact form explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order.
